For the manufacture of textiles, a great variety of different chemicals are used which require very high dosing precision. The capabilities of NEMO Pumps® in this regard are the reason they are so often employed in the textile industry. In addition, there are many chemicals, such as dyes, which contain small solid particles or crystallize upon contact with air. NEMO® Progressing Cavity Pumps have no problem conveying these substances either.
For example, special seals are used to prevent the aeration of fluids that would otherwise crystallize. State-of-the-art frequency converter technologies enable dosing precision and external control.

Typical chemicals that are used in the textile industry and can be easily conveyed with NEMO PUMPS® include caustic soda solutions, hydrogen peroxide, sequestrants, stabilizing agents and surfactants.
